Job Title: Phlebotomist (12-Week Contract)
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Phlebotomist for a 12-week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong patient care skills, experience with blood collection, and familiarity with Athena EMR.
Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection with accuracy and efficiency

Properly label, process, and transport specimens

Ensure patient comfort and safety during all procedures

Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards

Accurately document patient information and procedures in Athena EMR

Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members
Requirements:

Previous phlebotomy experience required

Experience with Athena EMR system required

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and patient care skills
