Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with gaming procedures to ensure a smooth experience
- Monitor gaming tables and machines to uphold casino policies and fair play standards
- Manage cash handling tasks accurately, including chip exchanges and payouts
- Supervise other attendants and staff to maintain operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Address guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Conduct routine checks of gaming equipment for safety and proper functioning
- Enforce casino rules and regulations while maintaining a lively, professional environment
Requirements
- Proven management or supervising experience within a customer service or casino setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and oversee operations effectively
- Previous casino experience is highly preferred; familiarity with gaming procedures is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Demonstrated mathematical aptitude for handling cash transactions accurately
