Inside Sales Agent
We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build strong sales skills through inside sales while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys conversations, thrives on consistent activity, and wants to develop the communication and prospecting skills that support long term success in real estate.
You will spend time connecting with potential clients, creating opportunities through outbound outreach, and maintaining consistent follow up that helps move conversations forward. The focus is on building rapport, identifying client needs, strengthening objection handling skills, and creating appointments through productive daily activity.
Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will gain hands on experience with lead management, pipeline organization, appointment setting, and relationship building. Through repetition and coaching, you will continue improving confidence, communication, and consistency while learning how successful agents create momentum through daily conversations.

Compensation:
$135,000+ at plan earnings
Responsibilities:-
Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
- Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
- Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele
- Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
- Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
Qualifications:-
Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
- Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
- RE License required
