Key Responsibilities
1. Treatment Coordination, Patient Sales & Financial Coordination
- Conduct high-touch consultations to present custom treatment plans clearly and empathetically.
- Guide patients through the decision-making process, address concerns, and achieve high treatment acceptance rates.
- Drive "Same-Day Starts" by presenting customized treatment plans clearly and handling objections with warmth and confidence.
- Manage consultation follow-ups and track pending treatment pipelines using practice management software.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with patients from their initial visit through treatment completion.
- Present flexible payment options, calculate co-pays, and set up customized payment schedules.
- Process third-party financing applications (e.g., CareCredit, Sunbit, LendingClub).
- Verify insurance benefits.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a dental, orthodontic, or medical front-office role (Treatment Coordinator or Financial Coordinator experience preferred).
- Financial Savvy: Demonstrated proficiency in medical/dental insurance verification, billing, and third-party patient financing.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a track record of high case-acceptance rates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
