Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while ensuring infection control and cleanliness standards are consistently met throughout the facility.

Lead, coach, and schedule the housekeeping team

Oversee daily cleaning of resident rooms and common areas

Ensure compliance with infection control and sanitation standards

Perform routine inspections and address environmental concerns

Maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment

Work collaboratively with nursing and maintenance departments

Minimum 1 year of housekeeping supervisory experience in a healthcare, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing setting required
