Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Associate Attorney specializing in Litigation to join our legal team. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing a diverse caseload across multiple practice areas, including general and commercial litigation, personal injury law, employment law, and specialized fields such as estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, and more. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies and ensure compliance with procedural laws.
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, motions, pleadings, depositions, and client correspondence with precision and clarity.
- Prepare for court proceedings by organizing evidence, developing case strategies, and assisting with trial preparation.
- Represent clients in court depositions and participate actively in litigation processes across various practice areas.
- Negotiate settlements and legal terms effectively to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Manage multiple cases efficiently through robust legal case management systems while maintaining meticulous records of all proceedings.
- Communicate clearly with clients to keep them informed of case developments and provide sound legal counsel aligned with their goals.
- Stay current on statutory regulations and procedural updates across diverse practice areas including securities law, tribal law & regulations, workers' compensation law, family law, landlord-tenant law, employment law, personal injury law, patent law, and more.
Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
- Admission to the state bar or equivalent licensing authority is mandatory.
- Proven experience in general & commercial litigation with a strong foundation in legal research and writing.
- Prior involvement in court depositions, trial preparation, and client negotiations is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to handle personal injury cases or employment law matters will be considered an asset.
- Familiarity with legal research platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw is essential for success in this role.
- Experience working within a law office environment supporting multiple practice areas enhances your candidacy.
- Strong organizational skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication abilities are crucial for managing complex cases effectively.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
