Duties
- Prepare and organize supplies, ingredients, or equipment needed for daily operations to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all back of house areas, including kitchens, storage rooms, and prep stations.
- Assist with inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and properly storing items to prevent waste.
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper handling of equipment and adherence to health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to execute daily tasks efficiently and uphold high standards of quality.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by staying motivated, proactive, and respectful towards colleagues.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or related roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are highly valued.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and organization.
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members across different shifts.
- Knowledge of safety standards and sanitation practices is a plus but can be learned on the job.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
