Digital Enablement Specialist Location: Denver, CO (In-office)

Overview
The Digital Enablement Specialist (DES) serves as a strategic partner to firm leadership, advisors, and staff, focused on driving meaningful adoption and integration of MassMutual’s business technology and digital enablement solutions. This role consults with leaders and advisors and firm staff to align technology, workflows, and growth initiatives with firm goals, improving productivity, operational efficiency, and advisor success.
Acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for digital enablement strategy, the DES translates firm priorities into actionable plans, leverages data and metrics to identify gaps and opportunities, and enables sustained behavior change through training, coaching, and ongoing support. Key Responsibilities
- Consult with firm leadership, advisors and staff to establish and execute technology and digital enablement goals for core and a la carte tools that support productivity, efficiency, and practice growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for digital enablement and business technology strategies, driving adoption through training, coaching, and ongoing support.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and growth by collaborating with firm leadership, advisors, and home office partners.
- Leverage reporting and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to support business outcomes and sales growth.
- Develop and manage action plans to address gaps in adoption, workflow integration, and progress toward firm and advisor goals.
- Meet regularly with the General Agent and firm leadership to review progress, gaps, and opportunities.
- Report advisor and firm progress to Sales Managers and other leaders as appropriate
- Support firm recruiting efforts by articulating the value of MassMutual’s core and a la carte technology offerings and how they enable advisor success.
- Partner with the firm’s training director to coordinate and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for new hires focused on digital enablement and workflows.
- Promote awareness and adoption of MassMutual technology enhancements, updates, and new capabilities, ensuring timely communication and effective adoption within the firm.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of core MassMutual technology tools and continuously learn new systems and capabilities as they are released.
- Maintain a general awareness of the la carte tool offerings.
- Attend and actively participate in Digital Enablement Specialist–sponsored events, including DES Monthly Connect calls, learning series, and business trainings, to stay aligned with best practices, program updates and technology changes.
- Travel as required to support firm priorities, training, and events.
- Perform other duties and projects assigned to support firm and organizational objectives.

Qualifications
- Results-driven, confident professional with a demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and drive behavior change
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) concepts and AI-enabled tools used in business environments
- Demonstrated ability to learn, adapt and drive awareness of new technologies, including AI capabilities
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and digital capabilities to improve efficiency, accuracy and consistency of work processes.
- Stay informed with evolving AI capabilities and contribute to continuous improvement efforts through responsible adoption of new tools
- Support change management activities related to the introduction and expansion of AI-enabled solutions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Proven organizational and planning skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities across both defined and ambiguous timelines
- Experience in training, facilitation, and coaching to support adoption of new processes, workflows, and technology
- Strong working knowledge of digital enablement concepts, advisor workflows, and the sales cycle
- Ability to integrate business technology into daily practice operations to improve efficiency, productivity, and growth
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver effective presentations that promote technology adoption, usage, and sustainment
- Data- and metrics-oriented, with the ability to create, analyze, and communicate reports to track progress, identify gaps, and inform decision-making
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to learning and leveraging new technologies and systems
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, or the securities industry preferred; MassMutual experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent industry experience
- Life and/or FINRA licenses are a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $84,200 - $146,000 based on experience
