Join Our Team as We Open a Brand-New Building at our North Mankato Campus!

Birchwood Cottages is growing—and we’re excited to be opening a new memory care building! We are now hiring compassionate, dependable team members who want to be part of something special from the very beginning.

At Birchwood Cottages, our mission is simple: to provide high-quality, person-centered care for individuals living with memory loss in a warm, home-like environment. As we open another building at our North Mankato campus in May, and we’re looking for staff who share our heart for seniors and our commitment to meaningful care..

Shifts Available:

Morning Shift 6:30a – 2:30p
Evening Shift: 2:30p – 10:30p, 4p – 9pm
Overnight Shift: 10:30pm-6:30am
Full or Part-time
Every other weekend and holiday

Compensation:

Starting wage based on your experience!
Differentials for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
Pay increase for CNAs and med administration

At least 18 years of age
Must be able to read and write English at a level necessary to accurately complete required documentation and understand safety procedures.
Ability to work every other weekend and holidays
Passion and dedication to care for seniors
