Overview
The Human Resources Manager serves as the primary HR leader supporting all people operations across the organization. This role is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, compliance, training and development, HR policies, immigration support, minimal payroll coordination, and offboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate, creative, production, artist operations, and executive positions.
Manage onboarding, orientation, employee records, HRIS administration, and offboarding processes.
Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, talent review, performance management.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Implement HR policies, employee handbooks, training programs, and workplace initiatives.
Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
Support immigration, visa, and global mobility matters for artists, executives, and employees as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within entertainment, music, media, or a fast-paced creative environment.
Strong knowledge of ER, employment law, recruiting, compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
**Korean language proficiency preferred
Compensation
80K - 105K Base depending on experience
