Amor Miami is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and support staff in creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations on the floor to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and support front-of-house staff including servers, hosts, bussers, and runners.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of the floor and dining areas.
- Ensure staff adherence to Amor Miami’s service standards, dress code, and health/safety regulations.
- Coordinate table seating, reservations, and guest flow for optimal efficiency.
- Communicate closely with the kitchen and bar staff to manage timing and guest expectations.
- Handle shift scheduling, attendance, and performance feedback in collaboration with management.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
- Promote a fun, upscale, and inclusive atmosphere in line with Amor Miami’s brand values.
