We are seeking dedicated and energetic In Home Caregivers to join our team and provide vital support to clients in their own homes. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
- Administer medication reminders and assist with light housekeeping tasks as needed
- Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes or concerns promptly
- Follow care plans accurately and document all care provided in detail
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life in a safe environment
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Ability to follow detailed care instructions and documentation procedures
- Experience working with diverse populations, including geriatrics or individuals with chronic conditions
- Knowledge of basic medical procedures, including medication management and emergency response protocols
- Prior experience in home health, post-acute care, or outpatient settings is highly valued
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs while maintaining professionalism
