What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Present and sell all F&I products while maintaining a customer-first experience.
- Structure and secure financing through a wide network of prime and subprime lenders.
- Maintain strong relationships with lending partners.
- Maximize product penetration while maintaining compliance.
- Ensure contracts are funded quickly and accurately.
- Review deal structure with sales management to maximize profitability.
- Deliver an outstanding finance experience from start to finish.

We are looking for an F&I Manager who understands that success comes from balancing strong product performance, clean funding, and an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Automotive F&I experience (Required)
- Proven track record in a high-volume dealership environment.
- Strong knowledge of both prime and subprime financing.
- Demonstrated success selling VSC, GAP, Tire & Wheel, and other aftermarket products.
- Strong understanding of funding requirements and lender stipulations.
- Excellent closing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with Dealertrack, RouteOne, or similar dealership software preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
