What You'll Do
- Install, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (split systems, heat pumps, package units, mini-splits)
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues and communicate findings clearly to customers
- Perform seasonal tune-ups and preventative maintenance
- Work alongside teammates — no "that's not my job" attitudes here
- Represent TodayAir professionally in customers' homes
What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of residential HVAC experience — you can run a service call or assist on an install.
- EPA 608 certification (required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Comfortable diagnosing and repairing: refrigerant systems, electrical controls, air handlers, condensers, thermostats, and ductwork
- Someone who communicates well — with customers and with the team
- Shows up on time, takes ownership, and leaves the job site clean
Nice to Have
- Experience with multiple equipment brands
- Familiarity with service software / field dispatch apps
- NATE certification
