Willow Park Health is looking for PT/FT PMHNP to join our growing team. We help seniors to age with grace and dignity by providing compassionate and wholistic care.
THE ROLE
Support seniors in assisted living communities.
- Low-acuity patient population
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits
- Provide medication management
- Collaborate with facility staff and primary care providers
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Earning Potential: $125K-$160K+
No Nights or Weekends
Pay: $100,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
