We are an owner operated limited service hotel in Winslow seeking a leader for our house keeping department. This is a hands-on leadership job at a small business - no corporate bureaucracy. What you'll do
- Build daily room assignments and run the housekeeping board
- Inspect rooms every day and hold the standard
- Train, coach, and schedule room attendants and laundry staff
- Run linen and supply inventory; keep par levels stocked and order ahead of need
- Own deep-clean rotations and flag maintenance issues before guests find them
- Clean rooms alongside the team when the house is full
- Maintain performance standards across your team
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of hotel housekeeping experience (supervisor, or a senior room attendant ready to step up).
- Weekend and holiday availability
- A high personal standard for a clean room; you notice what others miss.
- Able to lift 50 lbs, push a cart, and stay on your feet through a shift.
- A leader; reliable and responsible end to end owner of the house keeping department.
Pay and schedule
- $17–$21 per hour
- Full-time, typically 9:00 AM–4:30 PM, five days a week
- Paid sick time
