1. Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a cook Leader who can truly run a kitchen — not just cook.
This role is for someone who can take ownership, lead a team, execute consistently, and solve problems without relying on the owner.
If you’re only looking to “show up and cook,” this is not the position for you.
2. Key Responsibilities
You will be fully responsible for day-to-day kitchen operations, including:
- Independently managing all kitchen operations
- Ensuring prep, service, and cleaning are executed to standard
- Maintaining food quality, consistency, and speed
- Leading, training, and holding kitchen staff accountable
- Proactively solving operational and staffing issues
- Controlling waste and improving efficiency
- Strictly executing and enforcing kitchen SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
3. Requirements
- Proven experience managing a kitchen (not just line cooking)
- Ability to operate independently without constant direction
- Strong execution and accountability mindset
- Leadership skills — able to manage and develop a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-standard scratch kitchen
- Adaptable — able to follow and implement evolving systems and SOPs
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
