Overview
We are looking for a vigilant and approachable Bouncer/Doorman to join our security team. In this role, you will be the first line of defense in ensuring a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all patrons and staff. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor entry points, manage crowd control, and handle any issues that arise with professionalism and confidence. The ideal candidate is alert, friendly, and capable of making quick decisions to maintain order and safety.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and verify identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions and entry policies.
- Enforce venue rules and regulations while managing conflicts or unruly behavior with tact and calmness.
- Conduct regular patrols of the venue to identify potential security risks or safety hazards.
- Use conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations before they escalate further.
- Maintain detailed incident reports for any disturbances or security concerns encountered during shifts.
Experience
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly valued.
- Strong conflict management skills combined with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of security protocols, crowd control strategies, and legal regulations related to venue safety.
