What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism
- Identify needs, solve problems, and upsell when appropriate
- Document interactions in CRM systems
- Deliver fast, friendly, and effective service every time
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication & multitasking skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule (evenings & weekends required)
