We are looking for a reliable, welcoming Second Shift Front Desk Agent to manage our peak afternoon check-in rush and assist guests through the evening. What You’ll Do, Welcome guests and manage the 3 PM – 11 PM check-in rush, Use a system to manage reservations and room inventory. Process evening payments, Deliver excellent customer service and handle evening requests.
What We’re Looking For:
- No experience? No problem! We are willing to train the right candidate!
- Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.
- Punctual and available to work weekends/holidays.
- Needs reliable transportation
