Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field.

Minimum of ten (10) years of project controls experience, including experience with large-scale infrastructure or utility projects, and at least two (2) years of experience managing controls on programs > $50M.

Deep expertise in earned value management, cost engineering, and scheduling.
-
Strong experience with Primavera P6 and project controls/EVMS tools (Cobra, EcoSys, or similar).
-
Experience with federal contracting and DOE program requirements.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience with ANSI/EIA-748 EVMS certification processes.

Experience with Deltek Costpoint integration and reporting.
-
Experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier implementation.
