Overview

Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service delivery.

- Oversee food production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to recipes and standards.
- Manage inventory control and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service.
- Enforce food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen area.
- Support menu planning and development by contributing innovative ideas aligned with current culinary trends.
Skills
- Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining and catering environments.
- Proven supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Knowledge of dietary requirements and experience managing dietary departments.
- Expertise in food management, inventory control, and food handling procedures.
- Skilled in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills for shift management and team coordination.
