Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inspection, quality systems, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional inspections on stators.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Conduct receiving, in-process, and final inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
- Monitor and audit production processes to verify adherence to company quality requirements.
- Generate accurate and detailed non-conformance reports.
- Keep the Quality Manager informed of significant quality issues, potential concerns, and corrective actions.
- Provide technical guidance and training to other inspectors as needed.
- Assist the Quality Manager in managing the MRB area, performing root cause analyses, and recommending corrective actions.
- Maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and take responsibility for the completeness of all inspection work.
- Support the calibration program by monitoring and maintaining calibration records.
- Assist the Quality Manager in maintaining API and ISO certifications.
- Operate forklifts or side-loaders as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.
Education & Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma
- Related field preferred but not required (relevant experience can be substituted)
- Ability to read and interpret instructions.
Experience
- Experience with ISO and QMS systems
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality inspection.
- Knowledge and use of dimensional inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, thickness gauges, etc.)
- Experience participating in internal audits a huge plus.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
