Our family has owned and operated several residential and commercial buildings in the Havertown area for over 50 years.
We are looking for a qualified and experienced person to join our maintenance staff.
This person should have a positive "can do" attitude with good customer skills.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Repairs and general maintenance
- Apartment turnovers
- Plumbing repairs
- Electrical repairs
- Drywall and painting work
- Carpentry
- Hot water heating repairs
- Repair and replace locks
- Replace broken windows
- Complete resident requested service orders in a timely manner
- Install and refinish cabinetry
- Grounds keeping and maintenance
On-call duties as required
Candidates must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays and perform snow removal duties as needed.
Required:
- Must have valid Drivers 's license
- Must own reliable transportation
- Must have necessary tools
- Must pass drug and criminal background check
- Must live close to Drexel Hill/Havertown area
Experience:
Maintenance Technician 1 year (preferred)
Plumbing 1 year (preferred)
High School (required)

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
