Tournoux Landcare Services is looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our crews in landscape installation and property maintenance throughout Stark County and surrounding areas.

Position Overview
The Landscape Foreman is responsible for managing daily crew operations, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards while maintaining clear communication with both management and clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a crew of 2–4 team members
- Oversee landscape installations including planting, bed preparation, edging, and mulching
- Perform shrub trimming, pruning, and seasonal clean-ups
- Assist with drainage corrections, grading, turf improvements, and hydroseeding projects
- Prepare and restore lawn areas through seeding, hydroseeding, soil prep, and erosion control measures
- Monitor property conditions and identify maintenance needs
- Operate equipment such as skid steers, stand-on loaders, hydroseeders, and other landscape tools
- Manage materials, jobsite organization, and daily production goals
- Train crew members on proper installation techniques and company standards
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
- Communicate job progress and any jobsite challenges with management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of landscape installation and/or maintenance experience
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of plants, proper planting practices, and pruning techniques
- Experience with mulch installation, bed care, and seasonal property maintenance
- Ability to operate landscape equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license required
