We are seeking another full-time lawn care technician to join our team.
Key Objectives:
During production season your role will be completing a specific route of customers and applying the correct fertilizers, weed control, and insect control products to provide the greenest, thickest, and most weed free lawns to your customers.

- Compensation : Our Lawn Techs Average $900.00 - 1100.00 per week throughout the season for first year technicians with our production incentive program. Second year and beyond technicians average $1200.00-$1400 per week with as much as up to $2000.00 depending on the time of season and service.
-We only use the industry's top equipment and products
*All Techs are outfitted with Ride On sprayer/spreaders.
-All aeration technicians are outfitted with one ride aerator and one walk behind for smaller areas and gates.

We are looking for a highly motivated individuals who meet the following requirements:
Licensed pesticide Applicator or Operator or We will help you acquire your license which is needed to treat lawns. We also have a great incentive program for those that need to take a test.
