Part Time | Evening (6pm - 10pm) | Saturday and Sunday Only!

Pay: $24/hr to $25.80/hr (Based on experience)
PLUS shift differentials: +$1.75/hr evenings, +$1.50/hr nights, +$1/hr weekends)

The LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse supports our mission and values by performing nursing practices within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Ohio, and in accordance with job standards and as directed by the Health Services Supervisor.
The LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse's primary responsibilities include:
- Maintains the standards of nursing care and implements the policies and procedures of the facilities nursing department including skin grids and treatments, preventative skin plans, preventative fall plans, incident reports and admission paperwork.

Attends team care conferences as needed.

Provides oral instructions to nursing assistants.

Assesses residents and records all pertinent information in resident's records.

Document administration of medications according to facility policies and procedures.

Functions as team leader and supervisor.

Supplies and interprets information, supports decisions, and facilitates communications with residents and their families, and nursing assistants and support staff.

Assures that resident's call lights are answered.

Other duties as assigned.
What do I need for this role as an LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse?
- A current/valid LPN license in Ohio required.
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Onsite presence required.
