This position is running a vibratory feeder bowl to shrink wrap stack or tape retaining rings for customer assembly. Our company is proud to be known for our customer service and family atmosphere as we are a 3rd generation family owned distributor.
Shifts are 7am-330pm or 8am-430pm
We work summer Friday shifts of 8am to 2pm from Memorial Day until Labor Day
Job Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to problem solve and adapt when machine is not running at capacity
Want to work thru ideas on how to maximize labor rates on jobs
Attention to detail
Ability to Multitask
Daily duties:
Run one or multiple feeder bowls depending on priority list
Assist with using wet saw to cut aerospace metal strips (commisson pay)
Keep taping rails organized and with each bowl
Brainstorm with team with using 3d printer to create optimal rails and part dowels
Running the bowls is 50% machine and 50% physical (offloading parts, shrink wrapping stacks, boxing product and filling machine)
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Mechanical Aptitude
Ability to tinker with machines
Creativity and problem solving
Operate effectively with minimal supervision
Commitment to quality, speed and accuracy
Strong time management skills
Attention to detail
