Campus Director – Part-Time (Mechanicsburg)

Mountainside Preschool is seeking a part-time Campus Director for our Mechanicsburg location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, building relationships with families, and helping create a warm, Christ-centered preschool environment.
Position Details
- 25–30 hours per week
- Typically 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM on school days
- Mid-August through May (school-year position)
- Salary: $28,000–$30,000 (based on experience)
Responsibilities Include
- Overseeing daily campus operations
- Leading and supporting teachers and staff
- Communicating with parents
- Supporting curriculum and classroom consistency
- Helping plan events and manage day-to-day needs
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A heart for children, families, and staff
- Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Personal Christian faith
- Experience in education or leadership (preferred)
Pay: $28,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
