Specialties We're Hiring For
We have immediate openings for RNs with at least 1 year of recent experience in:
- Critical Care: ICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, NICU, PICU
- Acute Care: Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown
- Emergency Services: ED/ER, Trauma
- Surgical Services: OR, PACU, Cath Lab, Ambulatory
- Women's Health: L&D, Postpartum, Mother-Baby
- Specialized Care: Psych/Behavioral Health, Oncology, Dialysis, Home Health
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care within your specialty unit
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and execute individualized care plans
- Administer medications, monitor vitals, and operate unit-specific medical equipment
- Document patient data accurately in electronic health records (Epic, Cerner, etc.)
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure clinical safety
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice (or valid Compact/eNLC license)
- Minimum 1 year of recent, paid clinical experience in acute care or a specialty setting
- Current BLS (AHA) required; specialty certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC) as applicable
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
