The Cocktail Server plays a key role in creating a vibrant and memorable guest experience. Like a great live performance, this position requires energy, timing, and attention to detail—delivering exceptional food and beverage service while building genuine connections with guests and creating an atmosphere they want to return to.
Successful candidates bring a positive attitude, strong multitasking abilities, and a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and takes pride in providing attentive service that keeps every guest experience running smoothly from opening act to final encore.
Cocktail Servers will provide prompt and courteous food and alcohol drink service to customers. They will greet customers/guests, build rapport, remain attentive to orders, process payments in POS system and create memorable lounge experience while being Hotel service Ambassadors.
- Has ability to communicate with guests in a friendly manner.
- Has great memory retention to service multiple orders.
- Quick learner and ability to move in fast-paced way.
- Must have ability to perform multiple tasks at one time.
- Must be able to use tact and understanding when dealing with a variety of customer service problems, including stressful and highly emotional situations.
- Must be Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) Certified.
- Utilize effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Speak, read, and write in primary language(s) used in the workplace.
- Stand and walk constantly throughout the workday.
- Lift, lower, and maneuver up to 30 pounds frequently.
- Reach, bend, stoop, and pivot frequently throughout the shift.
