Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee daily operations within our culinary environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing hospitality teams, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining efficient shift management. This role requires strong managerial communication, team leadership, and the ability to coordinate various aspects of kitchen operations to deliver exceptional service and quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the hospitality team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer service.
- Oversee shift management, including scheduling, task delegation, and ensuring operational efficiency during each shift.
- Implement and monitor food safety protocols to comply with health regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Conduct team training sessions to enhance skills, promote teamwork, and uphold company policies.
- Utilize POS systems accurately for order processing, inventory management, and sales tracking.
- Communicate effectively with staff and management to coordinate daily activities and address any operational issues promptly.
- Maintain a positive work environment through team leadership, motivation, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure all food preparation meets quality standards while managing costs and inventory levels.
Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills essential for managerial communication and team leadership.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transactions and inventory control.
- Experience in shift management, food safety procedures, and team training is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse hospitality team while maintaining high standards of service excellence.

Pay: $49,876.07 - $60,065.81 per year
