We are currently seeking compassionate, motivated Licensed Social Workers (LSWs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to join our clinical team.
Position Summary
The Intensive In-Community (IIC) Clinician provides community-based behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and their families referred through New Jersey's Children's System of Care (CSOC). Services are delivered in the child's home, school, or community and are designed to improve emotional and behavioral functioning, strengthen family relationships, develop coping skills, and reduce the need for higher levels of care.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family-based behavioral health interventions in home and community settings.
- Complete comprehensive behavioral and psychosocial assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on identified strengths and clinical needs.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions including:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Motivational Interviewing (MI)
- Solution-Focused Therapy
- Trauma-Informed Care
- Strengths-Based Interventions
- Behavioral and Emotional Regulation Skills
- Assist youth in developing healthy coping skills, communication skills, emotional regulation, problem-solving abilities, and positive decision-making.
- Collaborate with caregivers, schools, PerformCare care managers, mobile response teams, psychiatrists, and other community providers.
- Participate in treatment team meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration as needed.
- Complete all documentation accurately and within required timeframes.
- Maintain professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards in accordance with agency policies and New Jersey regulations.
Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
