The Lotis Group is looking for maintenance technician for our property Tamarac Village in Tamarac, FL.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Must have extensive knowledge of HVAC including complete system replacement as well as electrical, plumbing, and general apartment maintenance.
· Complete service requests promptly and efficiently.
· Assist in the make ready process of vacant apartments to get them ready for new move-ins in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
· Responsible for the upkeep and maintaining a clean appearance of the property, including but not limited to – picking up grounds, blowing breezeways, cleaning, etc.
· Assist with preventative maintenance program.
· Respond and resolve emergency maintenance requests (on-call).
Qualifications
The service technician requirements include but are not limited to:
· EPA type I and type II certifications (preferably universal certified).
· 1-3 years of work experience in the multi-family facility services.
· Motivated and dedicated to go beyond expectations.
· Must have his/her own tools.
· Fluent in both English and Spanish (preferred)
· Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
· Ability to lift at least 75 pounds.
Education
High School or equivalent (GED)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
