Position Details :
- 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- 40 hours per week
- $14.00 per hour or $16.00 per hour if you choose to work every weekend.
- Must work every other weekend
- Rotating holiday schedule

About the Role :
As a Caregiver at Graystone Manor, you will provide personal care and support to residents who live in our personal care home.
- Please note: This is an onsite caregiver position in a personal care home setting. It is not a one-on-one home care position. Caregivers support multiple residents throughout the shift as part of a team.
- Applicants whose experience has primarily been in home care should carefully consider the differences in pace and responsibilities of this role before applying.
Responsibilities Include :
- Assist residents with daily personal care needs
- Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers
- Check on residents routinely to ensure care needs are being met
- Report changes in resident condition, incidents, or concerns
- Assist residents with meals and dining room support
- Help with resident rooms, laundry, and light housekeeping tasks as needed
- Remind, and assist (if necessary) residents about meals, activities, and appointments
- Communicate professionally and politely with residents, families, and team members
- Follow care guidelines, safety procedures, and the chain of command
- Support a positive, respectful, team-centered work environment

Requirements :
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of care experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- PA State Background Check required upon offer of employment, in accordance with applicable Pennsylvania requirements
- Drug screen required upon offer of employment
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds as needed
