Guide and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, setting priorities and coaching best practices.

Oversee preventive maintenance rounds on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical assets to prevent downtime.

Troubleshoot and repair issues spanning mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Coordinate and schedule work to minimize impact to production and building occupants.

Keep meticulous records of work performed, parts used, and inventory levels.

Champion safety—enforce procedures, ensure compliance, and model safe behavior.

Onboard and train new team members to accelerate their success.

Collaborate cross-functionally to address requests and improve facility reliability.

High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant technical certification is preferred.

5+ years in facility or industrial maintenance, including 2+ years leading others.

Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general mechanical systems.

Detail-driven problem solver with strong follow-through.
