We are currently seeking reliable and professional Unarmed Security Guards to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Requirements:
- Valid Texas Level II Security License (Required)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Ability to complete accurate and detailed DARs (Daily Activity Reports)
- Ability to follow site-specific policies and procedures
Job Duties:
- Perform access control duties and monitor authorized entry points
- Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas
- Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity reports
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in a professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff
- Enforce site policies and procedures
- Monitor for suspicious activity and safety concerns
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and management as needed
