Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join team. In this role, you will oversee inventory accuracy, optimize stock levels, and ensure seamless warehouse operations. Your expertise in warehouse distribution, data analytics, and supply chain management will drive efficiency and support our company's growth. Duties
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and support planning initiatives.
- Lead root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies implementing process improvements to prevent recurrence.
- Manage materials handling activities including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and materials management to ensure timely delivery.
Skills
- Extensive experience in warehouse distribution, warehouse management systems (WMS), and supply chain management.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Technical proficiency with ERP systems.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements within warehouse operations.
- Experience with logistics inventory management including heavy lifting procedures and materials handling equipment like forklifts.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
