As a Mechatronics Technician Apprentice or Advanced Manufacturing Technician Apprentice you receive on-the-job training, while pursuing an all-expenses-paid AS Degree at Metropolitan Community College

What is the ICATT Apprenticeship Program?
- Three-year “earn while you learn” program. Get paid an hourly wage and as well as a student stipend
- Get your tuition at Metropolitan Community College paid for by your company
- Combination of classes at MCC (2 days/week) and hands-on training (3 days/week) at CLAAS or Graepel
What are the requirements?
- High School Diploma or GED by June 30th, 2026 - recent High School graduates are welcome!
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Meet placement requirements for enrollment at Metropolitan Community College
- Veterans are Welcome! ICATT is G.I. Bill certified
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to and from work/school
- Employer-specific requirements may apply
- Positions are entry-level
