We are hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for a busy, well-established multi-location repair group.
This role is ideal for a results-driven advisor who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys working with a strong team, and wants a compensation structure that rewards performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs
- Build and present repair estimates clearly and confidently
- Manage workflow from write-up through completion
- Communicate effectively with technicians and customers
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Recommend additional services based on vehicle condition
- Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the process
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor / Service Writer
- Strong communication and sales ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume shop
- Organized and process-driven
- Team-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with general automotive repair and maintenance
Schedule
- Full-time position
- 5-day work week
- Must be open to weekend availability
