BARISTA / GELATO / FRONT COUNTER
Obsession Pizza is looking for energetic, hospitality-driven team members to join our coffee, gelato and front counter operations.
This is a cross-trained position designed for individuals who enjoy learning multiple areas of the business and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Espresso and specialty coffee preparation
- Gelato service
- Cashier and POS operations
- Guest service and hospitality
- Takeout order assistance
- Supporting dining room operations when needed
- Assisting servers during busy periods
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous barista experience
- Cashier experience
- Customer service experience
- Ability to multitask
- Willingness to learn multiple stations

Compensation:
- Starting pay: $16.00/hour
- Guaranteed minimum earnings of $18.00/hour including eligible gratuities
