Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented front desk person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest reservations, checking guest in and out of their rooms, addressing inquiries, providing information about Hotel amenities, local attractions, ensuring a smooth guest experience by handling special request, Billing and resolving any issues.
Duties
Welcoming guest, checking them in, handling room keys
Using proper cash handling skills excepting payments, processing card payments
Handling guest complaints, resolving guest issues.
Confirming reservations
Updating reservations and rooming list
Closing shifts and running daily shift reports
Qualifications
- At least one year previous experience as a hotel front desk agent
- Prior hotel guest Service experience
-Communications skills the ability to convey information effectively
- High School diploma
- Hotel work references and contacts
- Reliable transportation
- Self starter
- Reliable means of communication
- Availability to work different shifts
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Hotel Front Desk: 1 year (Required)
