Position Overview
Our Line Servers and Team Members play a key role in delivering a memorable guest experience. From welcoming customers and guiding them through the menu to preparing high-quality food in our open kitchen, this role is hands-on and guest-focused. Prep Cooks report directly to the Kitchen Manager, while all other team members report to the General Manager.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with guests in a friendly, upbeat way and help them navigate the menu
- Prepare and serve fresh, flavorful meals according to our standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
- Follow established recipes, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Stock and organize workstations and assist with receiving and putting away deliveries
- Stay active throughout your shift — this is a fast-paced, on-your-feet role
- Safely lift and move items up to 50 pounds, including food and supply deliveries
- Bring positive energy to the team — enjoying the work is part of the job!
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to remain standing and moving for the duration of a shift
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds as part of daily tasks
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.15 - $21.15 per hour
