Mr. Rooter Plumbing is seeking a dependable and motivated Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This position requires someone who can work well as part of a team and handle a busy, fast-paced office environment with a demanding workload.
Our office is fast-paced and the phones stay busy. The right candidate is someone who can stay organized, maintain a positive attitude, and support their teammates even during high call volume.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers needing plumbing service
- Provide friendly, professional assistance and gather information about the customer’s needs
- Schedule service appointments and enter accurate customer information into our system
- Maintain clear communication with office staff and customers throughout the day
- Help maintain an organized and efficient office environment
Schedule Requirements
- Must be available to work a rotating weekend schedule
- Must be able to work a flexible weekday schedule, including some days opening the office and other days closing
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be dependable and a team player

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
