In preparation for moving into our brand-new state-of-the-art facility this June, Mike Erdman Cadillac is looking to expand our service team with an Entry Level Technician who is ready to start a long-term automotive career.
If you have experience performing oil changes, tire rotations, basic maintenance, or general automotive service work and want an opportunity to grow, we want to meet you!

What You'll Do
- Perform oil changes and tire rotations
- Complete multi-point inspections
- Assist senior technicians with repairs and maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow dealership and manufacturer procedures
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience with basic automotive maintenance preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
