About Us
Crescent Water Company is a locally owned, rapidly growing water treatment company serving the Greater New Orleans area. We specialize in residential whole-home water filtration, water softening, and reverse osmosis systems.
We’re looking for a motivated sales professional who wants to grow with an expanding company. This is an opportunity to join early, help build the sales team, and grow into a future Sales Manager position, with the potential to transition into a W-2 leadership role with a base salary as the company continues to expand.
Position Overview
This is a 1099 commission-only position focused exclusively on residential homeowners.
Approximately 80% of the role is remote, consisting of phone calls, text messaging, customer follow-up, and managing leads through our CRM. The remaining 20% involves meeting with homeowners in person when an on-site consultation is needed based on the complexity of the installation.
All leads are provided by Crescent Water Company.
Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with company-provided leads
Schedule consultations with homeowners
Meet with homeowners when an in-person consultation is needed
Educate customers on residential water treatment solutions
Prepare quotes and close sales
Maintain accurate notes within the CRM
Represent Crescent Water Company professionally
Support day-to-day logistics when needed, such as communication with installers
Compensation
1099 Independent Contractor
Commission paid on every contracted installation
Company-provided leads
Expected annual earnings: $75,000–$140,000+ based on sales performance
Commission is paid on the contracted system sale only and does not apply to additional installation labor, material charges, travel fees, permit fees, or other installation-related charges.
Requirements
Previous sales experience required
Strong communication and closing skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Professional appearance and attitude
Valid driver’s license

Ability to travel throughout the Greater New Orleans area when needed
