Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service in a café environment.
We have one location, and are opening a second location within the next couple of months. So we are looking to hire for both operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and food items
- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Follow café procedures for quality and consistency
- Handle food preparation tasks as needed
Requirements
- Experience in a café or retail setting is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee beverages and food handling practices
- Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal, Temporary
Pay: $15.05 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
