Valley Mountain Regional Center is seeking a professional to serve as a Part-Time Clinical Services Project Coordinator. This role provides coordination and leadership for clinical projects and initiatives that support individuals with developmental disabilities. The position involves planning, organizing, and participating in clinics as needed, including telemedicine, occupational therapy (OT), gait, and feeding clinics, as well as representing VMRC at meetings, conferences, and community engagements.
Lead and Coordinate Clinical Projects
Oversee planning, scheduling, and coordination of clinical services and initiatives across multiple programs.
Support Clinical Service Delivery
Participate in and support specialty clinics, including telemedicine, OT, gait, and feeding clinics.
Represent VMRC in the Community
Serve as a representative at meetings, conferences, and partner agency engagements.
Clinic Coordination & Referrals
Review referrals and coordinate telemedicine clinics
Coordinate and attend consumer clinics as indicated, including OT, gait, and feeding clinics
Attend clinical staff meetings as requested
Represent VMRC at meetings with contracted providers and partner organizations
Participate in case management activities to promote clinic services
Project Support & Reporting
Prepare end-of-year reports for assigned projects
Assist the Clinical Director in achieving departmental goals
Coordinate additional projects and clinics as assigned
