Experienced Bartender — Red Hook Barrel Yard
Red Hook Barrel Yard is seeking experienced, hospitality-driven bartenders to join our team at one of Brooklyn’s most unique food and beverage destinations.
We’re looking for career bartenders with a minimum of five years of New York City bartending experience, ideally at well-known, reputable, high-volume restaurants, cocktail bars, or hospitality groups.
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years of NYC bartending experience

Experience at a recognized, reputable NYC restaurant or bar

Strong classic cocktail and spirits knowledge

Comfortable working in a high-volume environment

Fast, clean, organized, and efficient behind the bar

Genuine hospitality and strong guest interaction skills

Ability to execute consistently during busy services and large-scale events

Team-first mentality with excellent communication skills

Professional, reliable, punctual, and accountable

Open availability strongly preferred, including nights and weekends

Red Hook Barrel Yard brings together a winery, cidery, distillery, restaurant, tasting experiences, live events, and private events in a sprawling waterfront Brooklyn destination. Our bartenders have the opportunity to work with cocktails, spirits, wine, cider, and a diverse range of events and service styles.
We’re building a strong hospitality team and are looking for experienced NYC bartenders who take their craft seriously, move with urgency, and understand what great service looks like.
