The Role
This full time remote advisory role is about maintaining long relationships by phone with families who asked for help protecting their households. Nobody is contacted out of the blue, and that single fact shapes the entire job, because your first sentence lands on someone who was already expecting you. Your week alternates between new conversations, revisits with families who wanted time, and the administrative care that keeps every case accurate and moving. People who flourish here treat a household as a relationship rather than a task, and they are comfortable staying in touch long after the initial decision is made. If you prefer a role where each interaction ends cleanly and nothing carries over, this will feel heavy. You will be supported by live training, mentorship, and a remote team. Pay is determined by your performance.
What the Work Looks Like
- Maintain ongoing contact with families across weeks and months, so your name is familiar by the time decisions arrive.
- Revisit households whose circumstances changed, such as a new child, a house move, or a change in work.
- Explain each available route calmly and answer the questions a spouse raises after the first conversation ends.
- Manage your own diary so promised calls happen on the promised day, without a supervisor reminding you.
- Keep the record for every household accurate, complete, and written in language a colleague could act on.
- Share useful patterns you notice across your conversations during team sessions so other advisors can use them too.
What We're Looking For
- You genuinely enjoy staying in touch with people and do not find long running conversations exhausting.
- Reliable about commitments, because a missed callback damages a relationship far more than an imperfect explanation would.
- Comfortable with a role where outcomes arrive weeks after the work that produced them was actually done.
- Organised enough to run dozens of parallel conversations without letting any one household slip out of view.
- A quiet home office, dependable connectivity, and audio equipment that does not fail during important conversations.
- Wrong role for anyone who wants closure at the end of every call or dislikes ongoing responsibility for households.
What's Included
- Live onboarding covering conversation structure, systems, and the details you need before speaking with your first family.
- A dependable flow of households who requested contact, so relationships begin from interest rather than interruption.
- Compensation reflects performance, meaning the patient work of following through with families is what actually rewards you.
- Real schedule flexibility, with the practical requirement that you cover hours when working families can talk.
- Professional development assistance, including workshops on advanced conversations and coaching from long serving advisors.
- Permanently home based work, with a remote team that meets by video and shares support throughout each day.
